What are offline market rewards on FaydaMX?
Offline market rewards are Fayda Coins you earn when you shop in person at local market stores. Every purchase at a Trusted Partner Store earns coins worth real value — 1 Coin = ₹1 — that you redeem across your city.
How do I earn rewards shopping offline?
Shop as usual at any FaydaMX Trusted Partner Store in your local market. Your Fayda Coins are added to your wallet automatically, and you can redeem them for offers, discounts and lucky-draw entries at nearby stores.
How do FaydaMX coupons and gift vouchers work?
Every purchase at a Trusted Partner Store gives you a gift voucher with two parts. First, Cash Coins are credited to your FaydaMX wallet. Second, a lucky-draw coupon enters you into our prize draws. Depending on when you shop, a single coupon can qualify for several draws — festive daily draws, weekly draws, mini draws, and city-wide mini jackpots. If you don't win one draw, your coupon rolls forward to the next bigger draw — right up to the Mega Lucky Draw, held once a season, with grand prizes like a car or two-wheeler.
Do my Fayda Coins expire?
Your Fayda Coins stay valid as long as you keep shopping. They only expire if you go 180 days without earning a new gift voucher, or if you delete your account. Once the short cooling period after a purchase has passed, you can redeem them for cash from your FaydaMX wallet — and use that balance to pay for your next purchase at any partner store.
Is FaydaMX safe to use?
Yes. FaydaMX's Android and iOS apps, source code, and cloud infrastructure have been independently security-audited by eSecurify Technologies, a security auditor empanelled by CERT-In (the Government of India's national cyber-security agency). Payments and KYC are handled through our regulated payment partner, and your data is protected with encryption and access controls.
