Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on our behalf — validating that FaydaMX meets real business requirements before it reaches FaydaMX Trusted Partners and customers. Work closely with our Directors and FaydaMX Trusted Partners to understand their pain points and test accordingly, spearhead automation for important flows, and act as the single point of contact for the customer support team. (Our development team handles round-1 testing.)
Beyond the role above, we're always on the lookout for sharp, driven minds across technology, engineering, marketing, digital marketing, and video & graphics editing (and a few roles we haven't even named yet).
